Members agree to
include the full HTML code (provided by GL Banner Exchange) for displaying
banner ads on their web site, in as many pages as they wish. On any
given page on which the HTML code is inserted, the banner ad must
be displayed such that the majority of visitors to that page will
see the advertisement. The Banner must not be displayed with more
then one other banner from another banner exchange program.
Members acknowledge
that GL Banner Exchange is a free service that at some time might
be supported by sponsors. At any given time, the banner on a member's
web site may contain an advertisement from a future sponsor, from
another member, or from GL Banner Exchange. The GL Banner Exchange
administrators will not accept any advertisement from entities whose
product or advertisement they determine to be offensive or inappropriate
in any way.
A member may
cancel their participation in GL Banner Exchange by notifying the
administrators in writing by sending e-mail to GL.Link.Exchange@hotglass.com.
The following
types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in the GL Banner Exchange:
Sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions
or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that are
regarded by a significant portion of the GL Banner Exchange membership
to be inappropriate, or any other sites the administrators deem
to be inappropriate.
The GL Banner
Exchange Is for GLASS SITES ONLY! If your site is not a glass
related site then you are in violation
of the GL Charter.
The GL Banner
Exchange administrators reserve the right to restrict the use of
its name, logo, databases, and any information created or obtained
by GL Banner Exchange.
Members acknowledge
and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts,
etc.) may be utilized by GL Banner Exchange. Possible uses include
(but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member
sites, etc.
All members
agree to utilize the services of GL Banner Exchange at their own
risk. GL Banner Exchange, its administrators, partners and sponsors
cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that
may occur from the use of the services of GL Banner Exchange.
Although we
will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality
for our services, the administrators of GL Banner Exchange do not
make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness
of the services of GL Banner Exchange.
